Keith Hostetler RPh, MHA – Principal
He has worked in diverse geographic locations ranging from the ultra-competitive managed care arena of Northern California to the low-income rural complexities of Eastern Kentucky. His tenure with physician practices includes managing, budgeting, assuring compliance, and general operations for a 25-physician multi-specialty group, while also providing consulting services to solo primary care physicians.He also teaches part-time at the University of Akron in the Medical Practice Management Department. He is on the board of a local board of MEDA, an organization of Christian business professionals. Keith is also active in the community in his local church congregation and assists in the coaching of youth soccer.
Lindsay Horst – Director of Client Services
Lindsay works closely with medical practice clients on operational improvements and practice performance measurement and analysis. Ms. Horst is available to assist clients in analyzing and summarizing data for decision-making and the ongoing operations of their practices.
She also provides one-on-one training in Excel, Word, and other computer programs, as well as general computer use, printer setup, and basic networking for practice administrators and medical office staff.
Ms. Horst is a graduate of The College of Woosterand has spent time abroad as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student to Chile and a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Korea. She is fluent in Spanish and has served medical practices as a Spanish-English interpreter and translator. She also serves on the Fundraising Board of a nonprofit community free clinic as well as being part of the Wooster Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.
Suzanne Iamarino CCS, CCS-P
Suzi began her coding career in 1989. She is accredited as a Certified Coding Specialist by the American Health Information Management Association for both Hospital-based (CCS) and Physician-based (CCS-P) settings.
She has extensive experience with coding for both physician and hospital services. Her strengths include auditing for appropriate reimbursement and compliance, correct coding solutions, and billing problem solving.
Ms. Iamarino is passionate about working in the medical coding and billing arena, and provides clients with quality coding resources backed by professionalism and research-based recommendations. Currently she is assisting a local acute care community hospital to reach ICD10 preparedness.
